REFUND POLICY


If you have purchased an VTRACK racing simulator Voucher or have booked and appointment, if you have a change of mind, you can request a refund of the VTRACK racing simulator Voucher within 14 days of the purchase date. The refund excludes any delivery or transaction fees paid at the time of purchase.


Conditions of a Change-of-Mind Refund:


1. Change-of-mind refunds are only permitted for valid vouchers that have not been used, i.e. where an experience date has not yet been booked on VTRACK racing simulator site. Once you have requested a booking, your voucher cannot be cancelled and is not refundable for a change-of-mind.


2. The refund will be processed back to the purchaser only.


3. Any VTRACK racing simulator account credits used for the purchase will be refunded in the same form of tender. After the elapse of 14 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be granted for ‘Change-of-Mind’. If you are within 14 days from purchase and would like to enquire about your options for a refund, please contact us via our website. In addition to a Change-of-Mind refund, VTRACK racing simulators will always honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You should contact VTRACK racing simulator with any issues with a product or experience voucher purchased through VTRACK racing simulator. Upon receiving your query, VTRACK racing simulator will endeavour to resolve the issue.
